Yes, like any SAAS (software-as-a-service) provider, service starts when you order, not when you decide the enrollment portal is ready for the public. The building phase of the process uses server resources, help desk support and bandwidth as well.

Yes, before each site is handed over to you, there is a one-on-one, web-based training. Our staff will review the most important items, show you how to access the help desk and submit a help desk request. We are also available by phone and can login to your portal any time to resolve an issue you may be having.

No. We encourage you to use the help desk system so that each support request can be tracked accurately. This also give you the opportunity to look back on previous tickets in case you forgot how to do something.

When you setup your Faith Enroll account, you create an account with Stax Payment Systems. Our software connects securely with Stax and deposits are made directly into your checking account without any credit card or bank account information being stored.
