Does Faith Enroll require any software to download?

No. The service is 100% web based which means that you will be able to access your enrollment portal from any internet connection. This also means that the software is always up-to-date because there are no new versions to install when updates come out.

Is Faith Enroll secure?

Every Faith Enroll enrollment portal is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and TLS (Transport Layer Security) for establishing authenticated and encrypted links between the user/web visitor and the Faith Enroll software. All user interaction is encrypted using Let’s Encrypt the world’s largest issuer of secure web certificates providing certificates to 190 million websites.

How do families pay for registration?

The enrollment process allows you to customize how you would like to collect payment. In addition to letting families pay by check or process the payment in person, you have the option of activating online payments by credit card and ACH.

Does Faith Enroll store any credit card or payment information?

No. Faith Enroll is architected so that data never touches our network or server. All sensitive payment information passes directly through to the payment processor. 

How long does it take to setup?

Setup depends on each customer’s situation and availability. Setup usually only takes a few days.

Does Faith Enroll help with setup?

A Faith Enroll team member works with you every step of the way to launch your enrollment portal. After you sign up for service you’ll have a one-on-one planning call to review your enrollment details and customize the process.

Can I use Faith Enroll to communicate with my families after they sign up?

Yes, the built in broadcast feature allows you to send email and text messages to attendees. You can even give permission to catechist and volunteers to communicate only with their classrooms for class cancellations, reminders and announcements.

Can I have more than one administrator login to the software?

Yes, you can have unlimited administrator, volunteer and catechist logins.

Can I edit the content on the enrollment portal?

Yes, administrators are able to upload documents, add links and modify news and announcements from any internet connection.

Billing & Support Questions

Does the monthly price include support?

Yes, your service includes our online help desk and phone support Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm CST. In addition, support is monitored for emergency issues evenings and weekends.

Do we begin paying for service immediately?

Yes, like any SAAS (software-as-a-service) provider, service starts when you order, not when you decide the enrollment portal is ready for the public. The building phase of the process uses server resources, help desk support and bandwidth as well.

Is there training provided?

Yes, before each site is handed over to you there is a one-on-one web based training. Our staff will review the most important items, show you how to access the help desk and submit a help desk request. We are also available by phone and can login to your portal any time to resolve an issue you may be having.

Is there a limit to the amount of support calls or help desk tickets? 

No. We encourage you to use the help desk system so that each support request can be tracked accurately. This also give you the opportunity to look back on previous tickets in case you forgot how to do something.

Payment Processing Questions

How do we accept online payments?

When you setup your Faith Enroll account you create an account with Stax Payment Systems. Our software connects securely with Stax and deposits are made directly into your checking account without any credit card or bank account information being stored.

How long does it take to setup a Stax account?

Your Stax account has an online application and can usuarlly be setup in a day. This means that you can begin accepting payments for registrations in less than a week!
